Highly recommend Follia for dinner

It was Keri's bday yesterday and we decided to go out to dinner after I was done with class. She picked me up from school about 8:30 and we drove over to the west loop. There was two places that she had mentioned about trying. It was kind of confusing because she actually thought one location was the other restaurant she wanted to try. Well we ended up at a restaurant called Follia. It is hidden in the dark meat packing district on Fulton in the west loop. A little scary to walk their at night but we made it fine. The restaurant is almost right next door to Moto which I have heard is pretty good. Follia was a real treat. The waiter with his thick accent was probably just off the boat from Italy. The wine was excellent and the food really good. We got the Italian cheese plate as a appetizer. It went really good with the wine. Keri got a Margherita pizza which is cooked in their brick oven. Keri said it reminder her of the pizza she got while in italy. Quite yummy. I got their special which was a pounded veal chop breaded and fried in vegatable oil(which is fresh for each item). For desert Keri got a chocolate cake thing and I got lady fingers with marscapone cream. So good. Also I am not sure why but they brought us two free glasses of some desert wine to try. Perfect with the deserts.
Its not a cheap restaurant at least as far as wine and their entrees. However the pizza ranges from 12-20 so you could have a good meal for not to expensive. I would defintely recommend it for a nice night out for dinner. I heard it gets really busy on the weekends.

I even think like a geek.

This past weekend I went down to St. Louis for Keri's neices baptism. A conversation came up about premature births of babys. One of the people who is a NP said that premie's heads look like Toasters. I immediatly thought that she was talked about Cylon's. They have a plan.
